Departmental Source Code Management Memorandum
The U.S. DOT's Departmental Source Code Management Memorandum is issued under U.S. DOT Order 1351.27, Enterprise Architecture Policy and addresses the requirements set out in the "Federal Source Code Policy" seeking to "ensure that new custom-developed Federal source code be made broadly available for reuse across the Federal Government." The Memorandum applies to source code custom-developed for the U.S. DOT.
