V2X Accelerator Program

The Interoperable Connectivity Program (ICDP) is a new program area dedicated to accelerating the adoption and deployment of interoperable connectivity nationwide. U.S. DOT will pursue opportunities to support Interoperable Connectivity Accelerator(s) through this program. By presenting opportunities to deploy, operate, and showcase integrated, advanced deployments featuring applications enabled by interoperable connectivity that substantially and quantitatively improve system safety; enhance traveler mobility; improve the efficiency of goods movement; and demonstrate a significant return on (public and private) investment.
