Waiver Request Information

The U.S. Department of Transportation is working with the Federal Communications Commission and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to ensure that the LTE-V2X technology can coexist with the Department of Defense systems in the 30 MHz band (5.895-5.925 GHz). This December 2022 provides details on the path toward addressing this question.
